We like to refer to our approach to architectural design in this region as 'tropical minimalism'. We live in one of the most desirable climates and environmental locations in the world where we can virtually live outside for the majority of the year. We do not need heavy structures to live in. We need light shelters to live under where interior and exterior living spaces flow seamlessly into one another. Clever design does not need to be expensive. For most of us, our home is the biggest investment we make in life, therefore it should be well considered in all aspects: to maximise a site's potential; to suit our individual lifestyles and to reflect the relationship between the client and their preferred environment. To provide the most comfortable living environment, we take into account the climate, orientation, topography, vegetation, prevailing weather conditions, access to views and the need for privacy. We consider every building site is unique and every home should be the expression of a client's needs, aspirations and budgetary considerations. Please note: we do not work from stock plans.
